I’m glad I asked.

It’s 1 celeriac. 1 heart of gold squash. 1 bulb of garlic. 2 sweet potatoes. 5-6 shallots. 4-6 carrots. marjoram, pepper, olive oil. chop the the veg into slices no bigger than your little finger. toss with oil and spices. Bake at 375 degrees for 90 minutes. Then sprinkle with grated parmesan or romano cheese (the saltyness brings out the sweetness of the roast veg).
